Who we text
We text only people who asked us to: by checking the quote-form checkbox, texting us first, or giving verbal consent on a call. We do not buy lists.
What texts are for
Texts may cover an estimate, scheduling, arrival, questions about the damage, an invoice, or a follow-up on that job. We do not send marketing blasts.
How often
Usually, it is a few messages per job: estimate, schedule, arrival, invoice, and any needed follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end texts immediately. Reply HELP for help. Your number is not sold for anyone else’s marketing.
Florida timing
We send texts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time unless you are already in an active conversation you started.
